Nicole Richie’s House of Harlow line is enormously successful and with good reason; the accessories are thoughtful and personal, and her Winter Kate clothing line is the epitome of upscale bohemian chic. We love her chiffon maxi dresses, but we were pleasantly surprised to find this ‘Fringe Pullover Sweater‘ in a beautiful cobalt blue. It’s quite unusual and we’ve never really seen a sweater like it. Pair it with black silk tapered pants or colored skinny denim, or even a pleated maxi. #lucky #outfitideas #trends
Each day we scour the net looking for our favorite items, deals, and trends. Here’s what we discovered today!
Celebrity attempts at fashion design can sometimes be disastrous. Celebrity fashion designer collaborations with major fashion retailers can be even worse. Leave it to our girl Nicole Richie to get it just right. Previously known for her haute boho chic lines Winter Kate and House of Harlow, Richie brings her signature 70’s style to Macy’s with Nicole Richie for Impulse. We’re loving the glam, breezy silhouettes and gauzy fabrics. The 70’s are back in a big way for F/W 2012 (just ask Rachel Zoe), and the Impulse line is a great way to cash in on the trend without spending major bucks. We love the poet blouses and maxi dresses, as well as the amazing feather prints. Check out the collection, with very reasonable price points, at Macys.com!
